The month of April has been crazy busy for me. I attended the Ocean State Grand Nationals in Providence, Rhode Island. I won Korean Forms and Extreme Forms, placed 2nd in Musical Forms and won Women’s Overall Traditional Grands. This was my first time winning an Overall Traditional Grand.

After Rhode Island I spent some time in New York and then went to Essen, Germany to perform at FIBO Fitness Convention. There was over 10,000 attendees. I had a great time and made some new friends, (Team Real Pulse). After performing Thursday thru Sunday. I taught a seminar in Germany on Monday and had great turn out of around 300 participants.

My next tournament is Gator Nationals in Daytona, Florida. See you there!

2 weeks ago, I attended the Amerikick Internationals in Philadelphia hosted by Bob Leiker and Mark Russo. It was a great event, I recommend this tournament to everyone. I won Women’s Extreme Forms and Musical Forms on Friday night and also won the Illreality Women’s Trick Battle. It was a great weekend for me!

This weekend I’m headed to Rhode Island for the Ocean State Grand Nationals and at the end of the month I will be going to Germany for a week to teach seminars and represent Kwon as a performer at the FIBO Fitness Trade Show, which is the largest fitness convention in the world. I will be performing 4 times a day so it will be great practice I hope you all had a great Easter!
